I know of patients who whored out and shopped their primary caregivership. Basically, every dispensary they went to, they designated as a primary to enjoy the lower prices or whatever. I don't think there is anything in the law that states you have to register changes to caregivers.Quote:

Well I have always been my own caregiver, I whored around at some dispensaries on myself I suppose. :D
I like that word "whore" ....lol
Anyway yes we are both legal, I'm just not too sure about the laws now.
I can't understand that bill very well.
if you fill out the change of caregiver form on the cdphe website, it is good for 10 days without sending it in. don't send it in if you are paranoid, but you'll be covered for the transaction. I don't think a patient to patient sale of 6 or fewer clones is going to get you into any trouble.
disclaimer: this is all just my opinion and understanding and I advise you to take no risks based on it.
I feel that as long as you aren't attracting attention to yourself, no one would care about trading clones, assuming both of you are compliant.Quote:
