    Real quick questions

What are the rules for selling or giving clones to another patient?
Can someone actually sign me on as their caregivers for (one) day?

I know of patients who whored out and shopped their primary caregivership. Basically, every dispensary they went to, they designated as a primary to enjoy the lower prices or whatever. I don't think there is anything in the law that states you have to register changes to caregivers.

To answer your question, as long as you do the paperwork, you can be someone's caregiver for a day. But I am under the impression that as long as you both are legal patients, you'd be fine trading clones.

Are both of you legal patients?

    Thank you for your response.

Well I have always been my own caregiver, I whored around at some dispensaries on myself I suppose.

I like that word "whore" ....lol

Anyway yes we are both legal, I'm just not too sure about the laws now.
I can't understand that bill very well.

    Real quick questions

if you fill out the change of caregiver form on the cdphe website, it is good for 10 days without sending it in. don't send it in if you are paranoid, but you'll be covered for the transaction. I don't think a patient to patient sale of 6 or fewer clones is going to get you into any trouble.

disclaimer: this is all just my opinion and understanding and I advise you to take no risks based on it.

I feel that as long as you aren't attracting attention to yourself, no one would care about trading clones, assuming both of you are compliant.

If you are just trading or giving clones, then there won't be issues. If you are selling a clone and making money to someone who doesn't have their medical card, then you are a drug dealer and you deserve any trouble you get.

So the answer is: it depends.
