Creatine..how much is overkill?

Let me start off by saying that I'm 6'3" 350lbs. and quit smoking for 8 years,always missed it,and have recently started to take a puff or two once per week of some good smoke.I will take a hit or two when I get home from work Tuesday mornings and then I dont smoke until the next Tuesday.

I am subject to RDTs and if I'm given one it would most likely be on a Monday around 6 or 7 PM EST so on Wed. I start taking Creatine Powder by Body Fortress, which has like 3 different Creatines listed on the label, and I take triple the dose recommended.I also tried to find B2 but couldnt find it so I bought B-50 because it had the highest level of Ribovlavin(SP?) and one pill has 750% the RDA of Rib..

I ordered 25 THC test strips off of eBay for 1.00 per and haven't gotten them yet so I don't know what my home results would be but I'm wondering given the amount I smoke how much Creatine is overkill,does the Creatine brand I'm taking give me enough, would the Dilution sticky be enough in my situation and how many B-50s should I take?

I would just sub but my random goes down like this..I punch in,we have a brief meeting and then my boss will call you to the side,tell you not to leave his side that you're going for a random so subbing seems out of the question.

There is no upper limit established for creatinine. Take as much as you please within limits, if you take too much your toilet will let you know.

Given the amount I smoke will dilution and creatine work or am I smoking too much....your best guess?
