Wait until the stem snaps, but does not break free.
If the nugs can be snapped off of the branches, it's ready to jar.
Else you risk mold and mildew.
Here's a tip.
If you have good meds, you can forget to "burp" the jars.
I know I do.
Just crumple a paper towel and put it in the jar and it will catch potential condensation.
Now you don't have to remember.:cool:
Remove the towel after a week and keep the jars sealed, and in a cool, dark, place for at least a month.
That's all there is to it.
