I sent a message to the ONDCP Clearinghouse that went a little something like this:
I was reading your list of drug terms for marijuana and was
hoping you

And to my suprise they actually wrote me back saying this:

lol thats awsome. Half the police proboly take the evidence and go light up in there squad car afterwards anyways. That of course is where all these names come from... baked police officers sitting at the donut shop thinking... Daaaam we could name it......
