Yes, I've decided to abstrain for now and until I settle into the "real world."
As far as exercising goes, can you give some examples of what I should do besides running, as I do not have access to the school gym when it is opened because of my schedule. Also, I read in a few articles that running actually burns carbs instead of fat and that walking is a better choice. Any truth to this?
As far as hydration goes, what is a normal amount of water oz I should drink each day?
And finally, for Metamucil, what form of intake do you suggest?
