Specific gravity

What will increase specific gravity? Is that what the asprin is intended for?
Also, what foods are best for increasing creatine levels? I hear red meat, but what more specifiaclly? I smoked on the 5th, and then 9 days before that. I have a test on the 16th or 17th. I imagine I should be okay. I'm going to dilute just to be sure. I have a fast metabolism.

Just need to know what I need to do to pass the integrity tests...i read the dilution sticky, it doesn't answer all my questions about specific gravity and creatine. Do creatine supplements do the job?
