New to Austin, TX

Whats up everybody, my name is David and I just moved into the Austin area (Cedar Park) from East Texas, and honestly I just would like to meet some new people to chill with around here because it's kinda hard not knowing anybody, just looking to have a good time but I don't really know the area at all either, I have no clue where to start so I figured I would try to meet some people from the internet. I really hope I get some responses because I've been told that this is a really good place to live, I hear the people are generally nice and some have even said it's party capitol around here, I really just want to get out the house and enjoy myself in this great city.
