a legal theory

OK keep in mind this was just a thought. BUT What if there was a strain of marijuana that had such a low potency that it was allowed by the U.S. government? People such as myself could use this as a way to gradually quit smoking or to smoke it more safely. Now I doubt this would ever happen but it was just a stoner thought that I had ....N-E wayz what would the chances be?:stoned:

Low potency cannabis is actually worse for you than high grade. And there is cannabis with extremely low potency, but thats not dependent on the strain

there is a low potecy form of cannabis and it is illegal in the US. we call it hemp

That's right. Hemp is illegal here. Even though we could use its pulp for paper and get 6 times the yield of pulp per acre compared to trees and they grow damn fast.

lol...I don't think hemp would help me stop smoking! j/k....PEACE y'all
