OK keep in mind this was just a thought. BUT What if there was a strain of marijuana that had such a low potency that it was allowed by the U.S. government? People such as myself could use this as a way to gradually quit smoking or to smoke it more safely. Now I doubt this would ever happen but it was just a stoner thought that I had ....N-E wayz what would the chances be?:stoned:
