Is it healthy?
What are the benefits? What are the side effects?
Please specify where you are getting your knowledge from, opinions can be shared as long as the describe the experience, otherwise if you haven't done it, you should just post proven data/results.
I tried it a couple of times, listened to some progressive house and trance, made the experience really hardcore and fun...however had to take a break after first 5 min because heart was racing like crazy, resumed when i calmed down and it was awesome, make sure you stretch;)
I also played soccer with my friends during the summer, during couple of games...me and couple of my friends smoked...and it was quite a pleasure, our cardio got worse....but we kept pushing it...I felt like time was slowed down, so we pulled off alot of crazy moves ;) and eventually our reaction time improved like crazy, don't know if it is because of the substance or the actually increased intensity and duration of our games (obviously it had an effect but was it 100% of the results, or a portion).
