Hey,
So i went out into my backyard and grabbed a spare cut branch that was straight and the right girth, and turned it into this :D
I'm not sure what kind of wood it is... But i smoked a little bit out of it and unfortunately its kinda hard to stomach cause the smoke is so hot, but, eh, theres ALOT of smoke.

But seriously, looks nice, get some wood stain on it. I also heard that if you want to temper it so it doesn't burn the wood as much you can put it into hot instant coffee, but check that first.
PS- Carve some stuff into it. Like Bible verses that prove weed is okay or real MJ facts, that's what I'd do. Make it personal.
That's pretty neat, Nolan. So...did you just push a drill head through to connect the bowl and stem (trunk?)?
yeah, I took the biggest drill bit i had down the center for the mouth piece, then took the same drill and made a tiny bowl, took the smalles drill bit i had and connected the two channels, then widened the bowl with a knife.
Also, i couldn't find any stain around the garage, but i like the idea of personalizing it... the wood isn't good for carving, but i can burn words in with my soldering iron
Damn. I was hoping that wasn't the case. Still looks cool, Nolan. Be sure to post some pics of the finished product. :thumbsup:
