Queen Creek is awesome

I want to move there and possibly start a grow on a ranch... I know property value over there is great right now and it's totally and buyer's market.

I do however have a question..

The current house I live in is in a nice community but it's track homes. Like the kind that have 4 different models of houses and you choose a lot and build on it. I would really like to stay away from that and have more of a ranch style home going... anyone know what the new housing developments looks like out there?

i live out here its pretty nice were im at its secluted and theres a bar down the street haha but most of the developments out here are pretty cool like johnson ranch or coperbaisen but i prefer living out where theres alot of ppl and places to go theres nothing really out here unless your up for a lil drive.
