I know property value over there is great right now and it's totally and buyer's market. I do however have a question.. The current house I live in is in a nice community but it's track homes. Like the kind that have 4 different models of houses and you choose a lot and build on it. I would really like to stay away from that and have more of a ranch style home going... anyone know what the new housing developments looks like out Rating: 5
