hey guys i am growing in a 4 1/2 by 4 feet wide box with two 200watt energy efficent bulbs. Will this do the trick:rasta:

what are those bulbs specifically? what are the kelvins/spetrums? are they metal halide, high pressure sodium...etc

Sounds like incandescents. If that is the case, no it won't do at all.

they're probably cfl's....do incandescents come in an 'energy efficient' model? that would be ironic...

but WHAT TYPE OF BULBS ARE THEY?!?!?

are they flourescent tubes, compact flourescents (like the spiraled ones), or incandescents??? And what is the Kelvin (spectrum) of them?
