need to know how to keep um small as possible

got 4f tall and 3 1/2 wide whats best way to keep small, im gonna veg for 2 weeks then 12/12 them and top is there any other way to help stunt growth

i would vegg for a month and lst, no topping, stunting your plant = bad idea, just optimize you space.
