Yes, time to start the flushing!!! YEEEHAW. Yeah ASD I have a good friend...outdoor grower who's always just "guessed" and learned her lesson when I whipped out my little RS scope and showed her all her clear trichs....then showed her mine (cloudy mostly) and she smoked it and could see the difference.....big one.
Update again...!!! :)

so close to flushing after checking more thoroughly it seems that almost all are clear and very few are cloudy with just a hint of amber every once in a while so I'm thinkin the flush starts tomorrow ;-)
Indica got almost snow white on some leaves but the sativa seems to be catching up nicely can't wait

Those look gorgeous ASD! Flushing will slow things down a bit and keep a close eye on your ph.....no buffers so it jumps around alot. ;)

they do look tasty even with the smallish yield I just can't wait to chop and get the next set in there now that the mistakes are mostly out of the way it should be much smoother sailin ;-)

That is one thing I like about hydro....you do the same and they'll do the same....my trick is trying to remember what "the same" is. I think everything is always the same.....probably because I'm blazed. At least that part is always the same, lol.
They really look excellent ASD...you've done a really good job.

ok so my computer is kinda workin again how's everyone doin hope the summer is goin alright...we're finally getting much needed rain and everything is coming to life cause it's finally warm enough haha
umm let's see a few updates I ended up with about 2 oz when groomed and cured and I'm just starting to enjoy it so I figured I'd throw up a post :stoned:
I made a bubble cloner cause the new seedlings got big enough to chop for cloning it's a pretty simple setup and as long as it works I'll spray paint and hope it sticks for light protection the new ones picked the leaves up the next day and have looked stable since so I'm hoping they will sprout roots
the seedlings are now bout 1ft and first day of 12/12 ph is stable at about 5.5 I'm still dropping it down as far as it will go ;-) all 6 are female and have all been topped hopefully to make more of an even canopy and since all are the same indica/sativa cross they all look to be growing bout the same speed
I'll get some pictures of some finished nugs and the new ones
I'm hoping to start a few more vegetables this summer and see about more home improvements ;-)
I'll be back on more as long as my computer is working ttyl

I got a few pics left to right is 1 of each finished nugs, a pic of the next set all female etc, and a couple pics of the little 2 gal bubble cloner
I've decided to go with more smaller plants this time cause I believe last time I got to a point and they seemed to just freeze I'm assuming a 400w light can only grow em so tall haha the taller one ended up 4ft this time they are all about 1ft and showing pistils
A few goals are to get a more even canopy and not get root stunted at the end but I'm really pleased cause the dehumidified water seems to be working quite well even if I use it right out of the humidifier bucket
These ones seem to be more picky about food so they are still at 500ppm at like 5.25 ph very stable and growth has been significant since the change to bloom food
Clones are at almost 300 ppm @ 5.5 ph it's like day 2 or 3 for them and atleast 3 have roots so it's working well enough even though it still has to get painted and tweaked a bit...the holes in the top need to be made a bit bigger and possible cut the rubber air hose to make a little open clamp for holding it in place

How do those lovely nugs smoke for you ASD?

The most recent picture the taller sativa was on the left and the indica on the right
The C99 smokes so smooth ya barely feel the high in yer body, it makes my head tingle a bit and very trippy but the rest of my body is steady the smell is very pleasant and the aftertaste hints at chocolate.....
The Indica is suprisingly smooth cause it hits very hard for my tolerance red eyes and the whole 9 if I have more than a rip or 2 the smell is strong and kinda oppressive haha but only when you break it up otherwise they're both fairly mild
The c99 could have used another week probably but the indica was definately picked just right for me anyway
I'm glad I have both cause mixing like 2 parts c99 with 1 part indica makes a totally kickass bong ;-)
The buds look sweet even though they're a bit leafy cause how far the light was cause of the one stalk that shot up an extra foot this time it's filling out much more even and I'm going to be less afraid of trimming up here and there cause the plants seem to hold up fine
more of the clones are showin roots like 4 now so hopefully all will stay on track I'm excited about gettin another light fairly soon to get some veggies goin too :rasta:

That sounds sweet....yeah those damn sativas...if they didn't take so long Id love to grow some for the great head high. :)
How about a clone photo when you can?
PS I sure was impressed with the ph talk you rattled off on another thread the other day..

quick update...more computer issues "doh" I'll have some pics in a day or 2 but so far the grow is about perfect
I'm now at 925ppm and 5.5ish ph
I can't believe how quick these are growing they have grown over an inch a day and in less than 2 weeks of 12/12 they're over 2ft tall and bud sites are already well established which is so much better than last time I'm on cloud 9
I'm gonna link this thread at the bottom of my posts and start a new one cause droopy plants isn't so accurate anymore hehe

BOO ! 'Hound, ASD, et.al.....how goes it? I got about 3 weeks and I am going back live. Got some new beans I might crack for the new season, just have not deicded which ones yet. Gonna take some clones and get rooted from my moms I kept over summer for starters. Might do that next week or so.
Hope its growin green on y'alls end. My veggie garden is rockin. Been a great year so far. Mother Nature has cooperated and sprinkled some rain from time to time so thats always a good thing.
I'll be around more as Summer winds down. Looking forward to this fall/winters grow. Cya soon.
