yellow on the leaf!! plz read asap

it is in day 6 when i put them in soil after germination.....it is in some 75% potting soil for seed starting and 25% perlite.....the short leaf has yellow specks on them and it seem it faded as yellow on the two long leaf. the stem on had a dark red color on it....under close lite with 26w cfl's for now..is this due to lack of nitrogen cuz the label read on the potting soil (for seed starting) reads 0.0-0.1-0.0...should i transplant into some potting soil soil? or should i add some nutes w/ high nitrogen plz help asap

ohh yeah i left it on itz own for 3 dayz cuz i went out of town but i water it as soon as i got home would this be the problem for the yellow?

sry no camera except a phone but no quality cannot see the yellow...it has yellow specks on the short leaf....wat does that result in?

should i still put them in soil cuz they are in scott's potting soil for seed starting soil....or it wouldnt matter until veggie state is over?...
