I had a cold but it sounds like you have the flu that has stricken so many of my students.
If you are in the first 48 hours of your cold, try Airborne- it really works, I used it a few months ago and held off a cold. This past cold I was too busy to get to the store for some, but I am stocked up now.
But the flu, ew, there isn't much you can do except stay hydrated- it is very important if you have diarrhea or vomiting, because if you get dehydrated,
it can have serious repercussions. I hope you feel better soon!!!!

It's salmonella most definately (I'm going to spare the details) and nothing the hospital could do anyway. Bacterial or viral, it just needs to get flushed out of my system, and it's getting there. Plus it's a good excuse to lay around and watch re-runs of Mythbusters all day.
