OASIS cubes/clones

Hey all,
Just picked up some oasis cubes...the cuttings were not doing so well in soil. Anyone know exactly how you are supposed to prepare them? Is it just soaking them in water?

i aint sure wot the p.h. is for oasis blocks but maybe best to soak in a p.h. stabelising solution,maybe formulex?
