You'll most likely get a ticket for driving without a license and let go but if the cop is a prick s/he can have your car impounded on the spot unless there is a licensed driver around to drive it home for you and you'll still get a ticket, either way you'll probably end up in court. You won't have to play dumb if you get caught driving knowing you aren't licensed.

it depends on why you don't have a license. i don't have a license because of a DUI, if i get caught driving, i go back to jail for 90 days. :( so what do i do?? i don't drive!

It will show up on the cops computer that you don't have a D.L.
Your Ins. Coverage is null and void.
If you get stopped they WILL impound the car.
If you have an crash involving any other car You will be responsable for the damage and medical bills.
If I were the other car that you hit and you had no D.L./Ins Coverage,You would wish it was just a cop you were dealing with!!!!
