You'll most likely get a ticket for driving without a license and let go but if the cop is a prick s/he can have your car impounded on the spot unless there is a licensed driver around to drive it home for you and you'll still get a ticket, either way you'll probably end up in court. You won't have to play dumb if you get caught driving knowing you aren't licensed.

it depends on why you don't have a license. i don't have a license because of a DUI, if i get caught driving, i go back to jail for 90 days. so what do i do?? i don't drive!

Just don't get pulled over. Its not hard really....just drive the speed limit and stop at red lights.

Sure you have registration and insurance, at least you have that.

But if you are really worried about getting in trouble, don't do it, because that is always a risk. There is no REAL way to avoid those things. It happens.
