the others are great ideas but it seems too odd for me like mixing a restaurant style meal with getting ripped..

You can do that if you use ground chicken or turkey for your 'balls.
I was born without a sweet tooth... so even though the fudge recipe looks AMAZING... I have to stick with the garlicky salty shit!

The last place I cooked was a Mexican health-food restaurant that ran on a staff of, count 'em, 3 peope per shift.
They had enough dishes to get through an entire night.. so after prepping for 2 hours, cooking for 5, and breaking down the line, I then got to play dishwasher for an hour and a half!!!
Yeah.... that was awesome... and the only seafood we had was wok-blackened cajun catfish... we smelled AWESOME.
