so yesterday i went into a gamestore trying to return a game and get a controller instead... the people there told me that i couldnt do that because of some stupid ass reason so i started arguing with them and they started basically yellin and tellin me that i got screwed out of my money and that there was nothing i could do... i was pretty pissed about this so i called later and asked to talk to the manager, it was the same lady and she thought it was funny that i called back, this pissed me off more so i went to their website and left a not very nice letter about how they suck at being managers and all that shit... so today i was gettin drunk with my friend and i got a call from the company headquarters, i was really surprised by this and the guy told me that he was very sorry for what happend and that the issue of the managing will be taken care of, and that if i go to a different store then they would be happy to help me... so i did, and they were more than nice... and those other people got a call from a person way higher up then them... but ne way me and my mom went out to eat today and we had a coupon, well it turned out they a had a special and that the coupon wouldnt work, but the waitress used the coupon and the special so we got a really good deal... which was nice and as we were gettin into our car i noticed a paper thing on the ground and it turned out to be a 20 dollar bill... damn what a good day, i truly believe in karma now.. haha.. sorry for the rant, im drunk and wanted to tell people bout my good day..

haven't cashed in on it, but i had some stupid shit happen to me once, it was taco bell, but even being a fast food resturant (contrary to popular belief it's not a bunch of teens....) the service was fucking horrible.... i was standing there waiting for over 15 minutes... just to have my order taken, then it took nearly another 10 to get the food (wasn't much either...) my wife ended up emailing headquarters, and we got a call, told us we have free food waiting up there, just have to ask for someone (dunno who, my wife has all that info lol) and also, next time i went in there, it was a whole nother experience.... fast and speedy... done right the first time..

the worst part about that visit tho, was there was all of like 3 cars in the drive thru and only one family inside the store, who of which, already had their food... lazy asses...

i hate lazy fast food workers.. at arbys our shit was always fast as hell getting the food out... we were one of the best arbys in the northwest... even had people from Florida say they ate at every arbys driving up and ours was the best.. lol

I work at the customer service desk at Wal-mart, and I get a whole bunch of horrible customers who think they are entitled to policy breaking ONLY for them and will scream and carry on until they get their way. Policy is policy, being nice will get you a lot further than screaming and belittling people (not saying you did that). The only time I make it personal is if it's someone who is a regular and I know is stealing the shit they're returning.

We are talking about 2 diff things here... I go to Wal * Mart a lot and I see the deadbeats trying to get over and they deserve a stern response from the courtesy counter... Case in point,,,Wal * Mart one day there was a hispanic couple returning sneakers that were worn,the hispanic curtousy lady returned them no reciept no questions asked... I was next and returning a pair of socks with a receipt the socks had no UPC but was still on the little hanger thing... This lady made someone check if these sock were in the mens department and then would only give me a store credit,,,I had the freakin receipt!!!

ya the people were trying to keep the store policy, and i very clearly understood it and i was trying to figure out other options but they just kept on repeating themselves and started getting frustrated with me, so in turn i got frustrated with them... and the funny thing is they were both managers, and one of em was the head manager... when i went to the other one they asked me who it was, and i told them the name and they were all ya there are many complaints from him.. thought it was funny...

I rented a car a while back, and with how much hair i had,(i just cut it off,) i could sometimes pass for being homeless. That was such a day.

I rented the damn car (skatedboarded to the rent a car place, because had i a car, i wouldnt be renting one, silly) they treated me like shit. I took the car back, cleaned and everything and a few days ago i get one of those automated calls from the car company asking about my car renting experince.

flash foward, i must have triggered a too many negative responce thing in the call, and a real person called me back yesterday, I gave my story and told him how rude the people were to me, and how they treated me badly becacuse of how i looked, and maybe the fact that i'm black.

So someone higher up is going to call me back this weekend.

you can bet your ass i'm going to tell it like it is. I bet those guys really regret treating me like a crap now.

When I was a drinker, I had bought a case (12 case) of Labatt Blue. While I walking out the store, one of the handles broke, and in result, the case fell and broke 5 out of my 12 bottle of brew. I'm not sure who I was mad at, the crappy box or me, but I went right home and wrote a letter and mailed it out.

6 weeks later a voucher came in the mail for a free case of beer. I was pleased to say the least. :p

we did that with beer bottles but we drank them and then called in then they would send us a free 28 did that couple times then got caught....damn Karma lol
