Hello, my plants have been in flower for 3 weeks now. (greenhouse strawberry haze). I am using a flood and drain system for the first time. The plants grew so quick once in flower, I did not raise my light in time (250 w HPS) and a couple of the colas got a little burnt with some brown leaves. Will they recover or do I need to remove them?

That and how much longer will they keep growing since it has been 3 weeks in flower. I only have about 10" left before they hit the top of my grow cabinet. I started them in flower when the plants were 12" tall and they are now 30" tall.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

don't cut anything off, your plants should be fine. They still might grow a few more inches, but the bulk of the growth spurt should be over. If they do get too tall, just put chicken wire or some sort of screen above them to keep your plants from hitting the light. or bend and tie. just don't let them burn again

I just went through a similar situation with a few leaves on one of our plants. We didn't move the light in time either. The leaves that were burnt actually were only burned towards the last part of the leaves so we just waited to see what happened.

The leaves retained their green and stayed alive very healthily. I think this happened however only because the leaves were only burned on about 10% overall. I would recommend removing leaves that are burned beyond the point of return like maybe 50% of the leaves.
