MY JOB DOES SURPRISE RANDOMS, THEY WAIT UNTIL YOU GET ONTO THE WORK FLOOR AND THEN THEY WALK YOU DOWN TO THE NURSE'S OFFICE TO PISS, NO GOING TO YOUR LOCKER, NO WASHROOM, NO LEAVING, STRAIGHT TO THE NURSE'S OFFICE. IT'S A UNSUPERVISED TEST AND THEY SEND THE PISS TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. WHAT DO I DO??? KEEP SOME QUICK FIX ON ME AT ALL TIMES? OR DO I KEEP SOME URINE LUCK ON ME AT ALL TIMES? PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME, I GET PAID GOOD MONEY AND I THINK I SHOULD BE ABLE TO RELAX MYSELF AFTER WORK. WHAT'S SO WRONG WITH THAT? I HAVEN'T SMOKED IN A YEAR AND I'M GOING CRAZY. PLEASE HELP ME

Well first of all, if you havnt smoked in a year, you're clean. Second, keep some quick fix on you at all times if you're really concerned about it. If it's unsupervized, just mix it up and let it warm between your legs and under your nuts... I know it's a huge hassle, but it's either keep the fix on ya or stop smoking the herb....

Or get a job where employers respect your fucking personal life.

DO NOT use the urine luck. From the sound of it (clean for a year) you are not a heavy user. Urine luck is for heavy users only. If you were to use it, your sample would come back as adulterated. Since your tests are completely random, using someone else's urine is not the best idea because you are going to have to have someone peeing for you all the time or keep some frozen (I don't think I could keep pee in the freezer, of course I have kids and there would be way too many questions to answer).

If they don't pat you down before the test you can reheat the quick fix everyday, rubber band a heat pad to it (you can get additional ones at most stores) and just keep it in your pocket. If you are going to be patted down, you can keep it under your balls, but since I don't have balls, I can't tell you how comfy that is.....

One more time. Collectors are not authorized to touch you in any manner. Doing so constitutes groping and is against the law! Collectors can direct you to remove jackets and empty your pockets, but they cannot lay a hand on you.
There are regulations and protocols that the collectors have to follow. Any deviation from the regs, or in particular, violation of a donors civil rights can result in serious legal consequences for the facility, in which the aggrieved donor be entitled to civil remedy.

Know your rights.

Federal law does allow this action if the company has reason to believe that the person being tested is going to cheat. I work in HR. I know my rights.

Sorry, sounded a little bitchy there. I was just at a convention where a company admitted to starting a new policy that they reward employees for reporting possible adulteration or substitution.

Federal law does allow this action if the company has reason to believe that the person being tested is going to cheat. If you were correctly referring to the guidelines set by the US Dept of Health and Human Services (the regulation body that looks over practicing clinics and labs), you are dead wrong. Nowhere in the guidelines state that this action is permitted.
However, the DHHS does authorize collectors to conduct a directly observed collection if a person has been suspected of cheating, making a pat-down totally unnecessary, anyway.
