well i remember reading a thread about this on another website and the poster got just negative remarks about her post , so i decided to start a similar thread.and just ignore the smart remarks, iv been smoking since i was 16 but heavily at 18 now im 20 and i notice my cheeks are more sunk in ,my eyes have dark circles and appear bony, im really skinny,i have bad skin. now i look at a pic before i started smoking and when i was healthy i looked really good and alot of girls like me, now things are diffrent . ya i shouldnt really care about my apperance but how society works u always wanna look ur best to feel good about ur self and to get women lol, now im wondering here i see heavy smokers and pot smokers that dont even look like they smoke or have no effects on the simliar icharacteristics i have, i beleave its the heavy smoking of cigs there so relaxing and addicting to me im really thinking of quitting everything and going healthy , have u guys noticed any changes in ur self?

i havent noticed really, but hmm, being a girl i take care of myself, and try to look normal (if i put on make-up, guys consider yourself luck because i never wear it) and if i think i look gross i just put my hood up

yea i notice that sometimes, speically tthe dark set in eyes. it slowly goes away if you take abreak thuogh
