what is going on with the pot

i live in cumbria and to get a smoke is getting nearly impossale thats green or resin it got okay again but now its gone ass up once more, this is now 9 month, the pots never been like this, yet nobody really knows why, i was told in april theres gonna be a . People slag soap bar but at least it leaves the grass for others who will pay the price but now its gone mad, and still we dont know why.
