Guy's I have had a couple of decent grows in soil over the last year or so,and in my last few grows the soil was really working well! I believe it was a peat moss soil or something ,anyhow this time I ended up going with a different darker type of soil,do to the fact I couldn't find the previouse one I used, anyhow I took the darker soil (don't know the brand name) anyhow mixed it with lots of perlite and vermiculite, but my new grow seems to be less effective! things have slowed down alot and I ain't getting that same vibe that I had on my last couple of grows!.......any suggestions guy's,plants aren't getting sick or anything just really slow going.....what would be the best soil recomendation ....what would be a really excellent soil mix......p.s.of course I did many search's but I was hoping to hear from a real exsperienced soil grower who has found perhaps the holy grail of soil mix's!................anyhow thank's people!

i know there are many kinds of soil, there is black soil, leafs soil, and pot soil.
Where i live i can get this kinds, with small variations, i got from a Home Depot, a bag of pot soil, special for flowers, my plants are growing huge, and smell like hell!!! so maybe you should look for that.. maybe you can get something similar

bruiser you could give bio-bizzs` all-mix a bash, its what i use and it does the job superb its 20% sphagnum peat moss, 35% garden peat, 10% high quality organic worm manure, 30% perlite and 5% Pre-Mix.
because of the organic worm manure in the mix you dont need to feed for the first 4-5 weeks so basiccly you only need to start giving them ferts when they go into flower!
check out there website here m8,lots of hydro shops sell this soil as its 1 of the most used soils in holland with good results.

http://www.biobizz.com/

p.s. heres a pic of the bagged soil and the ferts that are specificaly made for use with this soil, forget about buying the bio-grow fert as this is for veg and like i said theres enuff nutes in the soil for the first 4-5 weeks of the plants life, you will only need the bio-bloom and the top-max

That site is pretty sweet, it even shows a guide to how much nutes to feed in relation to your week of growth.

yeah asesino the guys at the grow shop give you a grow chart so you can keep track of your ferts and when to increase the amount at the right time
