quick question

hey guys, i've been smoking since about june - was a very good student and still am, will be going to law school soon if thats any indicator how valid the amotivational effects of marijuana are - anyway, when im in my hometown, i can usually get weed within a day, maybe a couple hours of when i want it, but it can be a real bitch. at school, which is 45 mins. away, it takes about 2 days to track someone down and they still charge $60 for 1/8, which i dont want to pay for the quality that he gets. anyway, what im wondering is how valid these order by mail sites are.....has anyone used them before? will i get busted? i dont plan on trying it unless i am 100% sure it will work, because ive got a lot to lose, but thought it might be worth researching anyway. let me know

also, anyone from illinois, south of chicago?

yah, ive thought about growing myself, i really don't know where to begin, but im sure i could figure it out with a little research. right now, my place is very small and i have 4 roommates who arent opposed to smoking, but dont do it and probably wouldnt be happy with a grow op in my room, haha.

I mean as far as it being a setup by cops and whether its true or not that they woudlnt bother busting u over a few grams up to a half. and whether or not customs can open packages at will without an expensive? warrent. Just wondering if its a legit thing

Also, there's an entire section of this site devoted to growing... Not saying that makes it anymore safe, but go look in there and see how stealthy people can be.

Yeah I know. unfortunately the police think otherwise. I think its rediculous. At my apt complex twice a year they go through the apts when your not around to make sure nothing is broken and we arent being destructive to the apt or whatever other BS reasons are. Ouch, that blows, fair enough man. I don't wanna say too much about those sites... I'll just say I wouldn't, those prices are a kick in the ass. I understand your predicament though. Been there, done that. Eventually I got a steady dealer, and it's been happy, not to mention copious, smoking ever since.

The money isnt an issue cause some of it is cheaper than it is around here. some stuff is $120 for a knickel and an 8th. If this site is legit then i'll be golden. Idk if i want the risk

Well I emailed them, and after they answer my first few questions, I will ask them to provide a picture of a guy who works there holding up a sign that says green giant while smoking bud. Police arent allowed to smoke weed ever...i think.

Actually, the advertisements on that site make me think twice. If theyre so conserned with being caught that you need a hushmail account, then why would they have someone else pay for there site? Hmm, a little fishy, but IDK. Ill be buying a gram in about a week. Ill let you know how things go.

there's no way in hell sites actively advertising the sale of buds would be run by cops. i thought you would know this being a pre-law student, but that is a textbook definition of entrapment. its the same principle as a cop running a spiked lemonade stand while his buddies have a dui checkpoint a couple hundred yards away. police cannot put citizens in positions to violate the law. they can moniter them but are legally not allowed to "solicit" crimes, for lack of a better term.

Im not sure if silverhaze is an indica or a sativa but why dont the prices add up? Seems cheaper than whats bein sold around here but also the ounce prices seems low but whatever i figure its because its from canada where it can be freely grown pretty much.

They, assuming they are police, do not have any proof that you are the one who ordered it. It could have been one of your "enemies", etc. trying to frame you. There are so many loop holes to get out of this if they are cops, that I seriously doubt they are cops. Im 97% sure greengiant isnt a police operation. Even if the police tracked your emails, they do not have proof that would stand too well in court, if you know how to argue it that is.

Im not worried at all. If its a scam, $80 is what I make in a day and its no big deal to me at all. If its the police, I sat down with my friends brother (who finished law school) and he told me that it is easy to get out of that situation if they are cops, which I really doubt. (why would cops go after the BUYER of 1/4 marijuana?)

Not 100% sure, but it was supposed to come within this week. I recieved an email saying there was a bust and that my product should arive within a week. If it does come, then thats great, but I really doubt it.

If you wait 1 more week Ill be able to tell you for sure, but for now I recomend no one orders from them. There was a bust and there site is still operating?...right.
