Okay I bought this cd like a month ago and it collected dust. So I tonight I was like Ya I am going to get high and listen to this cd. This cd is so awesome its a two CD full of various artists. Its really Chill light Ambient music. Its called Perfecto Chill Mix Volume 1. I picked it up at a Hot Topic. The first track blew my mind away. I smoked a bowl of Salvia which I had light effects but still none the less trippy. I pop the cd in and watch Winamp Visualations with all the lights off and this cd. Man I felt liek I was zooming along in space with the visuals and the music. So please give this cd a try.

If you like that type of music, XTC (et al), you should check out
CHILLED OUT EUPHORIA mixed by SOLAR STONE...man, the tunes take you somewhere nice and fluffy, and when the CD finishes, you're like..Huh?..what just happened..lol

I'm well into Ambient/Chill at the moment (on account that I am mostly Dark at the moment), and have loads of stuff (used to do a bit of DJing back along lol)...
But also like Progressive stuff too :)

ART OF CHILL mixed by ALTITUDE, and RADIO SILENCE mixed by INBETWEEN INTERVAL are also very dark chillout moments lol

Oooh, I could list a list as long as a long list of tunes that I would recommend, but I don't wanna bore you all :)

I love music, and the darker and more abstract, the better :D

PS - will deffo check out your recommendation, XTC..I like alot of Perfecto's stuff. Their reproduction quality is usually of a very high standard....oops, sorry, audiophilic boredom alert lmaooo

Do yourselves a favor and pick up Airdrawndagger released by Sasha. And Global Underground 26 - Nick Warren in Reyjavik.

Or download them, whatever.....

Yeppers, GU26 is coolios, fatty lumps (lol@name dude, soz, but thought that shortening it might cause offense)
Anyways, have got Global Underground 21 - DeepDish in Moscow, which is awesome :D
and BEHIND ENEMY LINES mixed by DJ Lithium which is also vcool

I could list my entire CD collection, but that would just be very very silly.... I'll save it for a day when I want to be annoying lmaooo

What like shortening it to 'fatty'? hah, the user name has nothing to do with my body type.

Anyways, haven't heard the Deep Dish in Moscow, only the Toronto one (which I think is #25?).

lol, I didn't think it did, but I think I'll stick to the long-hand version - just to be safe ;)

So, how many are there in the 'series' of Global Underground?
I've only come across them from listening to DI-FM (then recording them using ACID Pro 4:D), so is kinda hit-n-miss as to whether I get them or not.

Oops, GU26 is James Lavelle in Romania (Lavelle of course of UNKLE fame), Nick Warren in Reykjavik is GU24. I think # 26 is the most current, but there are also 'sub-releases' (??) of GU which include shit like Sasha - Involver <<----Highly recommended - not for dancing, but for extreme ear candy; and other releases not released as locations.

on a side note, Christopher Lawrence is spinning here this Friday, James Zabiela on Dec02, and John 00 Fleming on Jan 14. Some nice promotions going on here.

Yes, got the James Lavelle one, and Nick Warren...
I 'recorded' Sasha 'Involver', and agree with the recommendation lol - but unfortunately, I lost the recording due to PC decideing to shut-down for no apparent reason

James Zabiela is awesome too ("Alive"), and heard Christopher Lawrence - suitably impressed :D
John '00' Fleming, is kinda on-and-off for me, ie sometimes he's awesome, other times he's mediocre (not him per se, but rather his choice of tunes  )

I hate having to rely on 'swiping' stuff from the net (http://www.digitallyimported.com), but seeing as I'm broke, I have no choice :(
I'm a bit of an audiophile, and prefer to have original copies - not least because my CD Decks (DENON 2500F) won't play CD-Rs, and I can't make my own mixes :( :(

One day, DJ RESiNATE will be ressurected!!! :D
