Good Plants gone Bad Water Issue's

So my plants were doing great tilol I had well issue's and it seems they are very sick.
My question if I have well water and it is very very hard and with lots of iron.
Where or How do I get the plants the water they need.
Can I buy what they need if so what ????
The first two pics are before the water issue's and the last 3 were just takin....
Any advice would e great....

you can buy one gallon jugs of distilled water, or distill the water by letting it set over nite, but if there is significant sorces of iron it may take longer.

if you have troulble finding it, it will be by irons (for clothes).

I will take some pics tomorrow but all My Branches are turning Purple I do not think this is good. Any advice and Should I be giving these some kind of plant food ????
