Grow box

I have 0.7 x 0.7 meters,and 1 meter high grow box.I now need to buy some lights for it.How much watts for it,and what kind of light to use?
I have some 150w "white" light,there is also sing "halogen"...is that a good one?!

It also produce a lot of heat,but I have one fan from CPU power supplay for air input and two little ones for air output.

get a 250w HPS for that size box. bathroom fan for exhaust, computer fans blowin in. depends how hot it gets there though.
