a friend told me to mix in milk w/ soil.....
u think its a good idea?
she said it is for the calcium and other nutrient values....

...milk does a body good, i know that... but for cannabis?

Never heard anything like that. Sounds like it could end up getting nasty though, imagine milk sitting out in the heat (bright light)...gets gross pretty quick. Dunno if it would do the same in soil or not. But then again, people mix bat shit, cow shit, and earthworm shit, etc in their soil, along with god knows what else, so I don't think milk could hurt lol. Let us know how it works out if you decide to try it. Maybe try it in on one plant and try another one side by side with it without milk and see if you can see a difference.

I wouldn't put milk in your soil. Use molasses instead.

that is a tuff question to answer
mabe mixing powder milk would work.

but hey im no expert on growing
i had a few failed atempts
theres too many squerrels and deer in michigan for outdoor growing.

It is a viable positive bacteria for MJ, but I don't have the ratios that it needs to be mixed in, and personally I don't do it because IMO there are more stable sources of good bacteria to use.

I have a book that tells to use milk powder to get rid of bottom end rot on tomatoes. I used this on all my outdoor plants (in pots) this year. Not on MJ, but didn't seem to do any damage to any of my other plants. It was pretty diluted though..
