Well honsetly, they weren't even allowed to drug test you in the first place IMO because they didn't catch you with anything, therefore they don't have proper grounds to have sustpected you in the first place. If I were you I'd just walk out in the first place, but you didn't do that:(

Maybe they'll send you to rehab, who knows. Apparently that's what they do to kids who smoke herb. But you should tell them that you were never caught in posssion of drugs (especially in the school, which is why they really have no reason to kick you out), and that you know your rights, and as long as you weren't caught in the act they can't do anything. Just say you were at a party or something like the week before and you did speed and smoked weed.

By the way whay haven't you taken care of the two bnitches who told on you? If I were you their heads would be stuck up their asses right now.

all i can say is rehab can mess with your mind, refuse and rebel against all they tell you, know your facts and throw them back at the couselors, i have been there and pulled through, but i have seen kids (pot only like me) come out of rehab actin like weed has seriously messed up there lives and that anyone who does is will surely die young blah blah blah, and as to what everyone else is saying, i agree, they had no right to do what they did

American legal precedent for this is shit. The supreme court decreed that a public school has the right to search and sieze without probable cause under the general understanding that the school is acting as a temporary surrogate and is responsible for the welfare of the minor in question. You should still deny, though. My lawyer told me that the people in this type of case that he has had the most success in helping have been those that acted like they had never heard the word marijuana. Even a judge (or principal/superintendent) can be sympathetic if they have reason to believe you were taken advantage of. If you aren't in the US, then you're prolly much better off, but a dick faculty can still try to fuck you hard and long. Just tell yourself: I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and, gosh darnit, people believe me when I lie to their face.

Im 15 and my school made me go to councleing for marijuana they found on me and you dont have to tell the school, if the principal asks you questions like where did you get meth dont say shit and you can lie to the cops. I lied to my couceiler and got out of there the first cession so lie ur ass off.
