Im pretty sure thats true. Ive gone to school many times frying or trippin or drunk, high... all the above. They couldnt do anything besides maybe send me home. Thats why Im not understanding why they tested you in the first place, Im assuming they had paretal consent!

If they try to give you a criminal record, or summat, consult your legal advisor.

Well honsetly, they weren't even allowed to drug test you in the first place IMO because they didn't catch you with anything, therefore they don't have proper grounds to have sustpected you in the first place. If I were you I'd just walk out in the first place, but you didn't do that

Maybe they'll send you to rehab, who knows. Apparently that's what they do to kids who smoke herb. But you should tell them that you were never caught in posssion of drugs (especially in the school, which is why they really have no reason to kick you out), and that you know your rights, and as long as you weren't caught in the act they can't do anything. Just say you were at a party or something like the week before and you did speed and smoked weed.

By the way whay haven't you taken care of the two bnitches who told on you? If I were you their heads would be stuck up their asses right now.

all i can say is rehab can mess with your mind, refuse and rebel against all they tell you, know your facts and throw them back at the couselors, i have been there and pulled through, but i have seen kids (pot only like me) come out of rehab actin like weed has seriously messed up there lives and that anyone who does is will surely die young blah blah blah, and as to what everyone else is saying, i agree, they had no right to do what they did

I was sent to rehab when I was 15 coz I was a *gasp* pothead. Oh no! Heaven forbid that I should smoke pot! I was stuck there for 92 days and I would say that 95% of the kids I was there with were pot smokers only. I saw quite a few kids leave there totally believing that weed was the root of all evil and had destroyed their life...I wasn't one of them lol. But yea Cheeched listen to what the others are telling u and don't say anything to the authorities (school or otherwise) I don't think that schools should have the right to give random UA's, probable cause or not, but unfortunately it's becoming a sad reality...damn I'm glad I'm not in high school anymore.
