Hey guys. With my christmas bonus I am taking the girl to the Bahamas. We obviously dont want to travel with any bud, but how easy is it to get some there? I assume we should be able to score some bomb ganja there. :rasta: Is there anything I should watch out for?

shouldn't be hard at all. Tourist areas in the islands, mexico and central and south america there are usually people there to sell to ya. Like, in a resort there most likely won't be anyone but if ya go into town and stuff shouldn't be that hard to find. Might be easier for msyelf having dreadlocks, most poeple have no problem coming up to me if they got the herb. maybe wear a marijuana leaf t shirt or something... gl and enjoy your vacation

edit: one thing ya should watch out for is people trying to rip ya off, don't be afraid to haggle on the price they will most likely go down in price if you protest their price, they just start high and sell low ;)

Yeah, I was thinking of just asking a cab driver, or a bar tender. The usually know the good places, if they dont have it themselves.

depends where your goin ....ive nevr had a prob in negril..but watch for dreds
alot of them are real poor and are just lookin for some quik money....
unfortunetly lots of rastas are very evil .....your best quik bet is a cab driver
but refuse long drives for two reasons they want more money and you might get stranded in a bad area...
the best places are street verdors or flea markets ...where they sell pipes and stuff they sell weed and stuff......stay away from the hotel when you smoke ..your room is cool but stay away from the immediate outside hotel area ..theres always some worker /security guard waiting for your ,out of town ass to light up ...any ways most areas are cool but you have to get away from where the MONEY is .....like nice areas arent cool..

I went to Nassau Beach 2 years ago...and let me tell ya....the weed was the worst I've ever seen in my life. It was black, all seeds and stems...just gross.

And watch out...all those Bahamians are fuckin hustlers lol..they try to sell you everything. Also...weed is very much illegal down there, you wouldn't think it is, but its very strict. The last thing you want to do on vacation is end up in Bahamian jail lol.

I smoked once during the week I was there, and that was enough. That shit isn't even considered marijuana in my book.

yea thats a richy rich area ----have a cab take you down to the port
there is lots of cool shops down there...but yes its more of a upity area
but the food and everything like your safety is better where your goin than the places i described earlier.....
the night clubs are good but ask what kind of club it is before you walk in ..
if your white and bringing a girl with you might wanna stay out of any local reggae spots or hip hop spots ....the locals are very friendly with women and sometimes take it to far .....

anyways ....get up early and drink red stripe with LIME and enjoy every moment you have because you'll feel sad when you leave !!

Oh yeah, it is REALLY easy. I used to go to the bahamas pretty frequently between the ages of 14-18...let me tell you, I was offered weed EVERYWHERE.

It really shouldn't be a problem.

Although if you get caught I think than it's a very big problem.

I have been getting raped by the American judicial system since 2005 after my house got raided for some herbals, they took me to jail and shit than when I came home they put me on probation and made me pay 100 dollars a month and said I couldn't leave the country.

Because they wants my moneys(fines). Some shit went down and I couldn't pay the fines one month and they put out a warrant for me and held me hostage in jail till my family paid the ransom (2500$) but they didn't know my family was poor so I sat in there for like a month till they dropped it to 300$, than it took me another week to get out. This was like last month I was locked up on my sisters birthday :(. Now I'm out on bail so I can't leave the state.
