yes actually there are complete detox kits that will clean your system in 72 hours, 3-4 months would be enough to naturally clean your system without any detox kits.

marijuana is tracable in your system 30 days after smoking through urine tests. Hair / cell tests go back further but those cost a lost and businesses rarely use that method unless its a really serious job. Detox kits run $50-$100 and usually come with a money back guarantee.

Those detox kits are a joke. 105-120 days is enough time. Many chronic smoker take between 30-60 days to get clean and you are double that.

ok so my next question i guess is this, after being clean for 3 and a half to 4 months, i smoked 1 blunt with my girlfriend today, how long do you think it will stay in my body considering i have low body fat im about 130 pounds?

come on people aint no need to argue over this, i thank yall for answering what you guys think is right, i gree with fakeboobsrule though, before i smoked that blunt i was already completely clean since i didnt smoke for over 3 months, so i think that a one time high (1 blunt) and considering i dont have much body fat on me is not going to take 30 days to clear, if anything i think it would take a few days, maybe 3-12 days around there, i just wanted someone to reassure this.

i gree with fakeboobsrule though
If you are completely clean and you get high by smoking a normal sized joint or bowl, it will take most people 4-6 days to test clean. It can be a little more if you are overweight or very inactive. Since you smoked a blount it is going to be a little longer maybe around 10 days but not 30 days.

Natural foods are a good source of fiber but there is insoluble fiber and soluble fiber. Soluble fiber is what binds to bile so you want sources that are high in soluble fiber. Oat bran is a good source of soluble fiber.

Thank you Biker. The fiber/bile/THC effect is not a big effect but if you are close to passing it can help.
