Hi everyone, my first post n all that :)
I have got 10 Northern Lights germinated a week ago, plus 4 unknown seeds from a bag of green my fella smoked , the first set of true leaves have come through, in a mix of standard compost & Perlite. i know this has been asked like a 1000 times but when should i start to add fertiliser and is a mix of 30.10.10 suitable ??
Thanks for any help given !!

Start feeding it approx. 3-4 weeks after it has popped through the soil. Give a light feeding at first so you don't burn/overfeed your plant. I suggest using only 1/4 strength at first, feeding once a week, then slowly increasing to 1/2 strength, 3/4, then full strength.

30-10-10 is fine for the vegging stage, the stage you are in now, but when flowering time comes, you want something high in P (N-P-K), like 10-15-10, or 15-30-15, something along those lines.

Good luck and welcome.

^^...keep reading...just follow your grow guide....follow the yellow brick road. I prefer 20-20-20 for veg. 10-50-10 for flower...but that's just me.

YES YES YES

: )

Maybe you could start to feed sooner.. depends on what kind of lights you are using and how vigorous your growth is... BUT definitley start with a diluted nutrient mixture.

Congrats on the new BABIES!!!

If you are living in the northern hemisphere and you are growing outside with zero supplemental lighting, you are going to see some strange things from your plants. The days are short now and the plant will skip its vegetative stage and go straight into flowering.. Cheers

Post pics ; )
