Hey guys,
I just got done cleaning my glass pipe. I had to use Nail Polish Remover and salt instead of Rubbing alcohol and salt. After a few tries I got it fully clean, well at least as clean as it is going to get. The inside and outside looks likes it's new, except there is cloudy patches on the inside where the resin was. I rinsed it after with just warm salt water, then multiple times with just warm water. I rinsed it very good.
There is still a very slight smell to it which kind of smells like a mix of smells that were on the pipe. The cloudy patches bother me a bit. I really don't want to be inhaling any harmful fumes that could be from when the nail polish remover was there.
Are these cloudy patches normal after cleaning? Is there any way I could make sure it is perfectly clean and safe to use?
Thanks guys,
-Alan
