Plant it in a small pot (jiffy cubes work great at this point, but not to germinate). Make a hole 1/2" or so down with an eraser from a pencil, place seed GENTLY in hole (do NOT touch white root with fingers, handle it with tweezer - it's very delicate at the point) and cover lightly with soil (don't press it down). Water it some but don't drown it, cover with a plastic baggy (humidity tent) and let it sit someplace warm (on top of water heater/fridge/attic/etc) After 1-3 days sprout should shoot out, take bag off at that point and put it under light (flourescent or HID) - not too close if it's HID though, it'll dry it out. That should be about it. Good luck.
