Well, she may take longer than you would expect to do it since a 2 week old is still a seedling and not mature.

I flipped a 3 week old to flower and it is producing better than it's older sisters. This is not always the case, but do what you have to do.

if you mean your moving in 3-5 weeks like i think you meant well no, 3-5 weeks is hardly enough time to finish flowering no matter how old the plant is.

the plant will only begin to flower when ready it does not matter if your turn the lights 12/12 if its not mature it will not flower and 5 weeks isnt enough time considering they start to produce the most bud production the last 3 weeks

Do you know when a plant is ready to flower because the bud sites are JUST starting to form? Or do you wait for other signs?

Take a few clones so when you move you can bring the newly rooted clones with you. They will be small and easy to transport. I don't think budding the plant will produce anything worth while under such a short period of time. I say clone her and then continue at the new place. Hope this helps and good luck on your move!
