If they have a probable cause to search your scrotum they will do so. Just dont get charged with smuggling and then get caught by the cops after that becasue they will strip search you lol.

Hey Mickey, nice to see a fellow canadian. (I'm from quebec.) Although not very common, cops should be able to stip you down and search you. Although I've never heard or seen this happen. Your best bet is just to not get caught and whenever you're doing something, keep a head cool. (Personally if I was a cop, I woudn't stare at a kid's hairy balls to check if you have weed there...)

If you're arrested you will be very thoroughly searched.. and this includes your groin area. The won't get on all fours, pull your pants down and start doing a physical.. no...

But they'll make sure you have no concealed weapons that's for sure.

If it means patting down a dudes groin area, so be it.

lol they just passed a bill where teachers can strip search students LoL we got no rights, i think i'll go cry in the corner, because there's nothing that i can do alone :(

If they search your groin, and it's a male cop, and you're male, giggle shyly and blush and give them a look that says you're really enjoying it. Pop a boner if you can, but that's probably asking too much. My brother-in-law was carrying a bag under his nuts and got searched and that's what he did (minus the boner), and the cop backed right off. I mean, he wouldn't want his partner to think anything was 'odd' with him, ya know. Most cops are on machismo overload, can't handle even the *thought* of anything not purely hetero.

Another time, my brother-in-law was carrying a bottle of Jack into a concert venue, hidden in his crotch area, and the venue worker guy started feeling his legs starting at the bottom and frisking upwards, and my brother-in-law tried a similar but more aggressive tactic and told the venue worker dude, "You gonna feel my balls too!?" That worked too, but obviously you wouldn't try that one with a cop.
