If they have a probable cause to search your scrotum they will do so. Just dont get charged with smuggling and then get caught by the cops after that becasue they will strip search you lol.

Hey Mickey, nice to see a fellow canadian. (I'm from quebec.) Although not very common, cops should be able to stip you down and search you. Although I've never heard or seen this happen. Your best bet is just to not get caught and whenever you're doing something, keep a head cool. (Personally if I was a cop, I woudn't stare at a kid's hairy balls to check if you have weed there...)

If you're arrested you will be very thoroughly searched.. and this includes your groin area. The won't get on all fours, pull your pants down and start doing a physical.. no...

But they'll make sure you have no concealed weapons that's for sure.

If it means patting down a dudes groin area, so be it.

Cops can do "patdowns" even without a reason in the US, im not canadian so dunno about the law up there
