When I had all 4 of mine pulled they said not to smoke because it can cause "dry sockets" which are supposed to be really painful but i did anyways and nothing happend. Maybe just take it easy or stick to the pain killers.

The "dry sockets" is caused when the act of inhaling causes the blood clots over your sores to bust open, causing "dry sockets" in your gums which hurt like the dickens.
As long as you can hit something without sucking air in too fast/hard you should be fine.
From what I've read THC will not interact/cause harmful effects with medicine/drugs except for Effexor or something.
Good luck.

Yeah I'd wait 24 hours at least... and when you do smoke, make sure to use an ice packed bong, man! The hot smoke hurts like shit after you have teeth pulled out.

dry sockets i'd give it 5 days or so you dont want smoke going on open wounds

why fuck your mouth up for a longer time if you get shit infected, cause i had a friend who smoked after that shit and he had infections afterwards and he thinks its bc weed and cigs

One of my friends couldn't smoke since he had just gotten his wisdom teeth pulled out and there was a risk of an infection or something. So, he inhaled through his nose.

Dude... your muscles are sore and its going to hurt. But... if you smoke a joint or out of a pipe it won't hurt as bad as a bong.
Hope you are feeling better!
Oh and wash your mouth out after smoking!!! It might cause an infection.
Just take the painkillers and get fucked up off of that.
