a newb Grower On way - Day3

hey people, ok heres me in day 3 after germination. People have been telling me about not using the 400watt HPS lamp for the seedling process, but i am tapped for cash so i cant go out and buy floros. Another thing, people have been telling me about the concept of stretching and is not suppose to be good, and i cant comprehend this. what the hell is stretching and how do i prevent it, if it aint good. so yeah, just tell me how its going for its 3rd day what i should do and what i shouldnt. thanks alot take care keep it safe

What bulbs are you using and plz post to your original post.......play will understand your X days into your grow, just specifiy when you post.
