I live at 7,000ft and have a plant that I started about 2 months ago, it's about 2.5ft high, but no buds or anything yet. Do you think it's too late in the summer for it to get buds? The season first frosts will start here in about a month.
If there are no buds can I still smoke the leaves?

I would like to, but I don't know anything about growing inside I wouldn't know where to start, plus I'm a starving college student so I don't have the green for a indoor growing set-up. it would be expensive right?

it's outside now, but in a month it would be in the 20's in the am. I have a closet I could use, how cheap could I get what i need to grow indoors?

look its not expensive if u go with cfls. Define cheap. I used fluros and cfls and costed me less than 150$. For a single plant, if u buy 2x55w cfls warm white (doesnt need ballast it goes in a regular socket) i think you will be just fine. I have 2 females flowering under 185W cfl and they are doing just fine

sorry whats a cfls
cool flourescent lights. i'm not sure but a cannabis plant might be able to endure temperatures like that.
EDIT: if you're gonna flower with flloro's you need "warm flourescent lights" which give off more of a red spectrum.
