Cooking with Leaf

Hey people, I got tonnes of weed leaf and wanted to know the best way to cook it. I wanna make something decently healthy though. By the way, how much THC is in the leaf compared to the bud?

the cooking is very potent and i think healthy way of getting high. But it takes some time to get high depending from the weed. You should find many recipe on cooking, know that it takes a lot of Ganja to eat it. Of course the leafs have less thc concentration than buds but its good for cooking it.
