If your piece was new and unused they couldn't charge you with squat. Since you MAY have purchased it to smoke tobacco.(unless you live in 1 of those bible belt towns with wierd "blue" laws like I did.THey had the ordinance worded so that ONLY briar pipes like Dr grabow were legal.Even fucking CORNCOB pipes (which they sell in stores) were "paraphanelia"

I'm pretty sure the MOST they could hit you with is a "paraphelnalia" charge.Unless that pipe was dirty as fucking hell.They would need enough illegal substance(weed) to both TEST in a lab, AND a chargeable amount left over to use as evidence in court.Your pipe would have to be TOTALLY clogged with tar and resin for them to be able to manage that.

If you're 14 then you probably are going to get charged, since all the 13 and 14 yr olds find it a fad. Plus i don't think you can have a pipe legally until you are 18 in some places(don't hold me to it, i might be wrong)

i rmeember they had a search warrant for my uncles house for cocaine...raided the houswe didnt find shit except a pipe...pretty clean 1 at that...they couldnt even scrape anything off...so they charged him with possiession and a paraphinlia charge just to get him locked up...

edit: i once heard that on search warrants if the warrant says theyre looking for 1 thing but they find another they cant arrest u...im not sure on that, can anyone verify?
