How much ferts?

My plant is a little over two weeks old so i'm gunna start giving it A little bit of Fertilizer, the kind I have is "Plant prod plant starter fertlizer" 10-52-10, the problem is that I dunno how much to put in.. It's powder and it says mix 5ML per litre of water, wtf? ml, it's powder lol help? Thanks.

10-52-10, are you sure that those are the numbers of the N P K? The N should be the highest out of both of those numbers when in veg. And 2 weeks may still be to young. How many nodes do you have?

the plants are very young, use half or less of the reccomended dose, and watch over the next week for any bad reactions, if its ok the steadily increace.
